Psardumper for PSP Firmware 6.60 Released
Sony's latest PSP firmware -- firmware 6.60 -- has been cracked wide open, which doesn't really surprise me. In a futile attempt Sony again changed up their keys -- keys that handle the encryption/decryption routines for said firmware -- and those keys are now present in Psardumper, letting you dump/decrypt 6.60 in its entirety.
You can thank some1 and Proxima for this Psardumper release; neur0n also, who has readied a beta version of CFW 6.60 ME. But because 6.60 ME is not an official release just yet, I'll ask you download it here if you're interested. Note: You must be using a current HEN or CFW to activate and it's for PSP-1000/2000 only.

I assume sony is contentrating all its effors on the PS3 and the up coming PSVita and isnt to worried about us hacking the PSP anymore.
If sony can patch and implement a so secure anti-hack system on the ps3, why cannot them do the same on the psp?Maybe they work different and there's no way to implement a so complex system on the psp... with so many checks and encryptions...

I have a bad news bout' my psp 3000. I accidentally update to ofw 6.60 and now i can't play my psp game. I don't know what to do? I can't downgrade to 6.35 anymore. ><

Currently there is no CFW for PSP-3000s on 6.60 OFW. You will have to wait until a compatible CFW is available.

I had the 6.35 CFW on my PsP 2000 but my stupid brother updated it to 6.60. Is this the downgrader, or can we expect one soon?
i think bcos it's the lates version there are no upgrading system for it....

I just used this thing and found that firmwares 6.35 and 6.39 are incompatible with this version though it will do every other firmware all the way back to 3.0. That being said I had to download the psardumper for 6.39 to get those two firmwares. Just throwing it out there in case anyone else tried or wants to.
I just did a google search for the same issue and can confirm that this psardumper cannot decrypt 6.35 or 6.39. You will get a few files but most will be missing that are needed for popsloader. Appreciate the tip about 6.39 psardumper.
