CTF Tool GUI v4 Beta 5.9 Update

CTF Tool developer, patpat, delivers a huge update... So huge that you're gonna have to click the more link to see what's up. Otherwise you know the deal: create, compile, extract, convert CTF and PTF themes. To enable English look at the first screenshot (follow the red squares).
