Simple Popstation GUI v2.21 Beta
Windows users, you're not left out! Here is ZiNgABuRgA's latest simple popstation GUI. This one does it all -- customize/preview your EBOOT, PSX compression, docmaker, PAL->NTSC fix, and more... It's likely you'll never need another.

v2.21 beta changes:
- EBOOT reconstructing is now implemented - meaning that you can now add larger images to already made EBOOTs
- Numerous bug fixes
- Transfer to PSP after conversion option
- Shows game region (useless IMO, but it does mean that my program has ALL the features of PSX2PSP now tongue)
- Interface cleanup
- Now uses a "clean" BASE.PBP file

Yup I'm happy now, since its had many updates since v1.23, but never reported on the front page like prometeus's every update.

add conversion of the eboot back to iso so it can be compressed and I'm sold.
Conversion back to an image from EBOOT is possible with this, just drag your eboot accross and click extract eboot, then compress back to an EBOOT.

thanks for this Mr. Programmer,exactly what i wanted. nice simple interface that does everything (except reconvert back to iso from eboot)there's even a little humour there, to differentiate it from the rest of the GUIs! many thanks.
It converts back to an image (fait enough not ISO) a .bin file which can be compressed back to an EBOOT.
This one's excellent, gotta love the Button thing!^_^!Many 10 Q's.

Actualy the GUI may convert an image back to its original form, I have never tried other image files, only .cue and .bin, you have to load the cue file in for games that use CDDA, a typical PSX .cue file looks like the following in a text editor:FILE "GAME.BIN" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE2/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00One which uses CDDA looks similar to the following:FILE "GAME.BIN" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE2/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00 TRACK 02 AUDIO PREGAP 00:02:00 INDEX 01 02:42:48 TRACK 03 AUDIO INDEX 00 02:51:18 INDEX 01 02:53:18 TRACK 04 AUDIO INDEX 00 04:06:67 INDEX 01 04:08:67 TRACK 05 AUDIO INDEX 00 05:19:03 INDEX 01 05:21:03

Thanx so much for thisone question : doesn't this need the hotshots golf files for converting? i see it has it's own keys.bin and base.pbp. Is that enough?

idont know why but non of my games will start. i get error 80000004when i was using the hotshots files and doing it manualy without changing and of the icons or pics the games worked fine...whats going on...is it the compression thats messing it up?
are u running 3.03b ?
excellent work. wondering one thing though, how do 2 game disks work? i reached the end of the 1st disk on parasite eve and you can't save it so i think i'm stuck.
